Overview
The GFI LanGuard WAN agent is designed to help scan and patch remote devices without requiring a VPN connection. To use this feature, it is necessary to install the WAN agent on each remote computer that needs to be scanned and patched. Additionally, certain tenant information is required to configure the WAN agent. New customers will automatically receive this tenant information upon provisioning, while existing customers must request it from GFI Customer Care.
Solution
To gain access to your WAN agent tenant information for GFI LanGuard, follow the steps below:

New Customers: The WAN agent tenant is automatically provisioned for new customers. No additional steps are needed to access tenant data.

Existing Customers: Existing customers must manually request their WAN agent tenant data. This can be done by contacting GFI Customer Care using the following link: GFI Customer Care Request.
