Solution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Stop the Attendant service and close the LanGuard console.
- Backup the `FrameworkLib.dll` file from the installation directory.
- Download the archive attached to this article.
- Go to the downloaded file's properties and unblock the file before extracting the dll file.
- Replace the original `FrameworkLib.dll` file with the extracted dll file.
- Restart the Attendant service and relaunch the console. The dashboard should now load correctly.
