Overview
In a Scanning Profile Editor, you see that some patches are greyed out and would like to know whether this affects scanning operations and how to fix this.
Solution
This behavior is due to greyed out patches being part of a patch category selected not to scan for.
You can view and change the categories following the steps below:
- Click on the Advanced button in the bottom left.
- Change the options according to your needs. If an option shows "No", the corresponding patches will be greyed out in the Scan Profile.
- Click Apply or Ok and wait for the LanGuard to apply the changes.
