Root Cause
By default, this field is not checked in GFI LanGuard.
Resolution
- Open the GFI LanGuard console.
- Browse to Configuration > Patch Auto-Deployment > Automatic Approval.
- Check the option Disable Automatic Approval for Major Version Upgrades at the bottom of the page.
