Problem SummaryInternet Explorer 9 is actually installed but LanGuard reports that on the computer Internet Explorer 10 is installed and that Internet Explorer 11 is missing.

How to Identify1. Internet Explorer 9 is installed on a machine.
2. The results of the LanGuard scan show Internet Explorer 10 is installed and Internet Explorer 11 is misisng.
Workaround / Fix DetailsThis issue has been fixed in LanGuard 2015 (version 11.4 - build 20150130)
PSG has a patch for this issue located here:
This patch will cause the scan results to report:
Internet Explorer 9 is installed (correctly)
Internet Explorer 10 is missing
Internet Explorer 11 is missing
The customer can choose either Internet Explorer 10 or 11 to deploy
Required ActionsHave the customer upgrade to LanGuard 2015
