The completed scans disappear after the result is shown in the console, and the vulnerability report is not generating properly.
The most common root cause for this is that the scans are completing with errors.
- Verify Required Network Connectivity and Security Permissions to ensure the basic requirements for successful operations.
- Rerun the scans. Once they are completed, check the scanning history in the Activity Monitor for any errors found during the scanning operations.
- Resolve specific errors using our Knowledge Base. A good start would be Resolving Errors Leading to GFI LanGuard Scans Failing or Not Completing all the Operations article.
Once all the errors are addressed, rerun the vulnerability scan. If the issue persists, contact GFI LanGuard Support.
