You tried to scan a MacBook and found that the scan does not properly detect the MacOS system, hardware, and pending updates.
The inaccurate or incomplete detection may be due to missing requirements for a successful scan or the errors caused by the irrelevant Windows checks from one of the default scanning profiles being used.
- Please, go through the Requirements to Scan and Patch macOS Computers and ensure each of them.
- It is recommended to Create a New Scanning Profile for Linux/macOS and use it to scan the MacOS machine(s).
Rerun the scan of the MacBook. If the issue persists, contact GFI LanGuard Support.
