You have another vulnerability scanner that shows that some servers have vulnerabilities, yet the LanGuard report shows that these servers are fully remediated.
Such a situation can be caused by generating a LanGuard report covering different compliance scope, as LanGuard has many different reporting options available. For example, if you compare the Patching Status report from LanGuard with a vulnerability report from Qualys, the results would be mismatched.
Please run the Vulnerability Status report from LanGuard, and it will contain details of detected vulnerabilities comparable with other third-party vulnerability scanner reports. The report will only be accurate, however, if you have scanned your target machines using either the Full Vulnerability assessment of Full Scan scanning profiles before running it.
Run the Vulnerability Status report after a relevant scan and compare the results. If the issue persists, contact GFI LanGuard Support.
