You've noticed that LanGuard does not automatically download the latest version of KB890830.
KB890830 update is related to the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, which continually receives updates. The most likely reason for the LanGuard server not downloading this update automatically is when Patch Auto-Download for the Windows products is unchecked, and the LanGuard server is a dummy machine without scans running or is scanning non-Windows machines only. In such cases, there would be no triggers for the KB890830 automatic downloading.
You can configure the Patch Auto-Download for the whole Windows tree or just for the Windows OS in your environment to address this.
Give it time and check the Software Updates download queue in the LanGuard console Activity Monitor to verify the KB890830 is now downloaded automatically. If the issue persists, contact GFI LanGuard Support.
