You may notice that LanGuard is not performing Auto-remediation of certain software products (e.g. Firefox). You may also notice that the latest updates are not detected when scanning using the Full Scan profile.
Try using a different scanning profile (for example, for Firefox updates you could use the Non-Microsoft Patches profile) and run an Agent Scan with Auto-Remediation configured for the target machine.
If this works, but the same procedure for the same machine using the Full Scan profile doesn't detect the required update(s), then there is an issue with the scanning profile. It is advised that you repair LanGuard using the article Fixing GFI LanGuard Broken Installation or Failed Upgrade.

Once you repair LanGuard, perform an Agent Scan using the Full Scan scanning profile. If the issue persists, please create a support ticket informing us of the issue and the steps you have taken to resolve it.
