You cannot get the second domain to appear correctly neither in the Computer Tree nor in the auto-remediation wizard to patch the computers.
The issue of getting the second domain to appear correctly can be caused by dis-joined domain names, configuration files corruption or incorrect credentials for the second domain.

- If the issue persists, the activedirectorycomputers.xml configuration file may be corrupted. - Ensure the correct credentials are used for the second domain - right-click on the domain name in Computer Tree, go to the Properties, and verify/correct the alternative credentials used.
