Overview
Occasionally you will try to renew a license through a reseller and get no response and feel you have been trying to renew licenses for months. This article gives instructions on who to contact if this happens.
Solution
When and if this happens, you will need to contact GFI Sales (sales@gfi.com) as they have the ability to reach out to the reseller and get the situation corrected.
Testing
Once GFI Sales has been contacted, you will be in contact with your reseller and getting your license(s) renewed.
