Why does the LanGuard server say that License Expired even though Renewal was Purchased?

Overview

Subscription renewal was purchased before the existing license expiration, yet the LanGuard server now shows the license expired.

 

Solution

After you renew the subscription, your reseller provides you with the new license key. Apply the new Licensing key from the LanGuard console by opening Configuration -> General -> Licensing and clicking on Enter new license key...

If the new key never arrived or was lost, you can always check your license keys in the GFI Accounts Portal.
